  • We will contact you via text or email to confirm your appointment. If we do not already have your credit card information on file, we will request it via Vagaro. A credit card is required to book your appointment.

  • We understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide the best service to our clients, we request 48 hours advance notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price. All cancellations must be made through Vagaro directly or via email (hello@mlouisestudio.com).

  • If you are expecting to be more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your booked service will be provided. We will, however, do our best to accommodate you. In the event of a late or missed appointment, you will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • You can contact us via email at hello@mlouisestudio.com. As we are a boutique space, the best way to get in touch is via email, which is closely monitored. Please specify in your email if you would prefer a callback.

  • We’re sorry that you’re not completely happy with your experience. Although we do not issue refunds for services rendered, we will schedule a time for you to come back into the studio and resolve the issue to the best of our ability. All requests must be made within 7 days following your appointment.
